We care about our customers and our products.  If you receive an order that leaks or is defective in any way, we will replace, repair, or exchange the item for you.  

Below are the details. After reading the following conditions regarding AleHorn returns, please contact us to submit an item for refund/return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanging, replacing or repairing defective items

To return a defective item, please send the following information to

  • a photo of the issue
  • description of the issue
  • your order number or proof of purchase
  • contact information
  • whether you would like to exchange, replace or repair

If you qualify, we will reply with a pre-paid shipping label and any further instructions. Items with natural cosmetic imperfections or varied shape, texture or volume are not considered defective.

Exchanging or returning items that are not defective

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You also need to submit a refund request to to be granted an RMA number for the return to be authorized.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Custom Engraving
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges on any items that were shipped or attempted to be delivered.

Shipping Fees

For any item that was shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.   If your request for refund is approved before an item is shipped, your shipping fees will be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
